They responded my message very promptly and arrived on time as scheduled. They were knowledgeable and kind. The serviceman diagnosed and recommended the most cost effective solution, which I quite like. They helped me replace the sprinkler valve and some sprinkler heads. And the charge was fair. This may have been one of the most pleasant and pain free experiences with a "repair guy", ever. Like an idiot, I broke my sprinkler pipes while doing a project in the yard. I mean, I broke them in several places. Reached out to Smart Sprinkler Repair on Yelp. They responded within minutes, We scheduled a time on a Saturday for them to come and look at it. Super polite. Right on time. Super knowledgeable. Told me not to worry and estimated it at less than two hours of work. We scheduled a time for him to to do the work. They did the work while I wasn't home and left the yard in cleaner/nicer condition than he found it. Got the bill - and? Less than two hours of billable time. Perfect.

I highly recommend Smart Sprinkler Repair. I called and left them a message and they called me back very quickly and came right out. They repaired a sprinkler head and checked our entire system in under an hour. Very very happy with this company and will use them again...actually on Monday when they come back out to install a box over one of the valves. I wish I could give them 10 stars!!!

One of my lawn sprinkler zones wouldn't shut off unless I shut off the sprinkler water line so I contacted Smart Sprinkler Repair based on all of the 5-Star positive reviews. I'm 100% completely satisfied with the repair. They took my call on a Sunday and promptly arrived the next day. They quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad valve and gave me my options for the fix. We decided new valves (sold to me at his cost) would be the best option. After installing the valves, he also repaired one of my sprinkler heads. When I received his invoice, the total was actually LESS than he originally quoted. Very fair labor & parts costs. Paying by credit card was also a nice convenience. Thanks. Highly Recommended!

Smart Sprinkler Repair was a great help! We had several sprinklers that were broken and they came over and fixed them. They even spotted a broken pipe that was flooding my yard and fixed that too! Great price for all of this work.

We had a weeping irrigation leak from underneath a gnarled mass of roots and foliage. Smart Sprinkler Repair quickly and correctly diagnosed the issue (it was something other than we were thinking) and was able to procure the necessary repair part and get everything back up and running. In addition to clearly explaining what was happening, They also provided some excellent information as to what to expect from different types of roots in the vicinity of the irrigation components and how to best mitigate future issues. They also provided some suggestions that will help us water more efficiently. Very personable, straight-forward, organized and punctual. I'll definitely be calling Smart Sprinkler Repair in the future.

Smart Sprinkler Repair did a great job fixing a stubborn valve that refused to close when our system was on automatic (and would run until we manually shut off the water to the valve!). After all the usual fixes wouldn't work, they rebuilt the valve and it works great now. They also calibrated our sprinklers to make sure they weren't over-spraying or spraying things they shouldn't be (sidewalks, windows, fence). We look forward to having them install a smart sprinkler system before summer arrives!
